The Families Project

By Betty Crocker

Families are changing a lot. But they've still got one thing in common - the love that makes a home. At Betty Crocker, we believe that a family is a family, no matter how it's arranged.

We're on a mission to understand what it means to be a family - so we can share the strengths that make every family part of a home.

Home: The State of Family in America

We wanted to find out what was already out there about families - what's changing, how they're succeeding,
and who they are - so we put together a report about what's going on in families today.

Meet the Families

The Thomé Family

Kristen and Vincent both brought 12-year-olds from previous marriages to their new family - and adopted one more. It's not always simple, but their family is stronger than they ever could have imagined.

The DeLeon Family

Rafael and Tanya's kids get to spend every day with their grandmother and aunt, who are part of their home. They're proud of the way their family brings both cultures and generations together.

The Schidlow-Garzia Family

Michael stays home with Jacob while Jennifer works in the city. Their home may not be just like they expected, but it's full of what's most important - love.

The Rozen Family

Jennifer and Stephanie are proud of the home they’ve built together with their son, Gabriel. Their marriage, and the love that defines it, is what makes their family strong.

Join the Families Project

The more we learn about the strengths of every kind of family, the more we can all share in each other's success.
That's why we're inviting every family in America to answer these three questions. Share what makes your family
great and we may feature your responses as part of the families project.
